Changing Attitudes to Dating Violence in Adolescents

The aim of the conference is to disseminate knowledge about adolesents` relationships, dating violence, as well as, how to change attitudes to dating violence through serious games and eLearning.

This is an EU-funded conference within the CAVA-project. The CAVA-project focuses on changing attitudes to dating violence in adolescents. The main teaching tool that will be used is an immersive and engaging video game that will appeal to young people, and which will be the first of its kind in Europe.

Registration:
The conference is free of charge and includes lectures and meals that are specified in the program.
The participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.

A number of rooms are prebooked at First Hotel Kung Oscar - a hotel within walking distance to the university and the city center.
You are responsible for making your own reservation. To make the reservation please call or e-mail the hotel and make sure you tell them that you are part of the "CAVA 2012" conference at University West. Rooms will be held until the 31st of january.

Parking
There is parking close by the university, but it has its limitations. One has to pay for a ticket in the parking meter located next to Gärdhemsvägen, the ticket has a red stripe across. During the day it can be quite difficult to find available parking. We do not recomend to leave the car in the parkinglot over night.
