Manufacturing II, 7.5 hp
This course provides deeper insights to several manufacturing methods. The student will develop an understanding in the physics behind additive manufacturing, metal cutting, thermal spray and welding technologies. The course will also provide knowledge in process planning for metal cutting and design for assembly. Further, the students will receive a holistic view into how different manufacturing methods are combined into a production system
