Nowadays organizations of all types and sizes worldwide are involved in complex processes of communications with their various stakeholders. Marketing communication, which is a fundamental and complex part of any organization’s marketing efforts, focuses on a greater engagement of audiences to make them think and behave in particular ways. Thus, marketing communication gets more and more powerful and, in a way, shapes relationships between the organizations and their audiences.
The course is designed in a way to help students learn, understand and practice all the elements of marketing communication. The focus in the course will be on building and sustaining relationships with the audiences by involving them in the communication process using different marketing communications tools both off-line and on-line as well as ethical consequences of marketing communications.
The course is examined via a course project performed in small groups and presented and discussed at the final seminar as well as written exam.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Completed course requirements in Business Administration 60 HE credits including 15 HE credits Marketing or equivalent (Marketing I, MFA101, Marketing II, MFB300, Retail Marketing). At least 30 out of 60 HE credits in Business Administration must be earned on the level 31-60 HE credits.
