The course is divided into the following parts:
  • The basics of marketing communication, different communication theories, the structure and organisation of the marketing organisation theory. Ethical aspects are also treated.
  • The functioning of marketing communication, consumer behaviour and the role of marketing communication in developing business relationships.
  • Strategy and planning, integrated marketing communication, positioning, brand management and corporate identity. In addition, budgeting and evaluation of marketing communication initiatives are included.
  • The marketing communication mix, i.e. the tools used by companies to communicate with their market and their environment
  • Social media as a tool for marketing communication.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Completed course requirements in Business Administration 60 HE credits including 15 HE credits Marketing or equivalent (Marketing I, MFA101, Marketing II, MFB300, Retail Marketing). At least 30 out of 60 HE credits in Business Administration must be earned on the level 31-60 HE credits.
