This advanced level project management and organization course focuses on providing students with an in-depth understanding of project management, with an emphasis on planning, executing and monitoring projects. The course will cover various tools, techniques and methods used in project management and organization. This includes resource planning, risk management, scheduling and communication, as well as analysis of organizational structures and their impact on project management.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar. The degree must be comprised of a minimum of 15 credits in mathematics. Verified knowledge of English corresponding to the course English 6 in the Swedish Upper Secondary School (high school) or equivalent.
