  • Principles of risk management and insurance on real-life situations that individuals, households, organizations and companies are confronted
  • Financial analysis associated with risk management decision making
The course contains a discussion of the basic concepts in risk management and insurance. Further, the following moments are covered in the course:
  • Different types of insurers
  • Financial operations of insurers
  • Insurance company operations
  • Government regulations of insurance
  • Analysis of insurance contracts
  • Different types of insurance, such as life insurance, health insurance, property

CFB300-Corporate Finance and
