This is an advanced course which covers the main concepts and frameworks within Supply Chain Management. It covers the ideas of the supply chain and implications for the focal company. Topics such as global supply chains, customer value, competing on time and coordination issues are central to the course. Students are expected to be able to both use and critique central supply chain management frameworks. Instruction is a combination of lectures, coursework and seminars.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar. The degree must be comprised of a minimum of 15 credits in mathematics. Verified knowledge of English corresponding to the course English 6 in the Swedish Upper Secondary School (high school) or equivalent.
