• Studio apartments- bedroom and kitchen are in the same room with a separate bathroom.
• “2 rooms and a kitchen” apartments- 1 bedroom, separate living room and kitchen with one bathroom.
• “3 rooms and a kitchen” apartments- 2 bedrooms, shared living room, shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

• Rent is estimated to be around 4400sek-6100sek per month and is subject to change each year.
• Please do not try to pay the rent in cash since bank transfers are preferred.
• Before arriving to your apartment you need to pay your rent. Also, rent is needed before the 1st of the month.
• If you would like to terminate your contract with Eidar please look at your contract if there is a 1-month or 3-month termination period. Once you have decided to terminate your contract please email both student@eidar.se and international@hv.se.
