Eidar Accommodation

Trollhättan's muncipal housing company, Eidar AB, has multiple apartment buildings where you have the chance to be placed. The buildings include, Lantmannavägen 12 &14 and Elefanten. Buildings are subject to change due to availability.

Below you will find more information about the description of the Eidar student apartments, payment, and termination information.

Apartment Floorplan

Studio apartments- bedroom and kitchen are in the same room with a separate bathroom.
“2 rooms and a kitchen” apartments- 1 bedroom, separate living room and kitchen with one bathroom.
“3 rooms and a kitchen” apartments- 2 bedrooms, shared living room, shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

Termination Period and Rent

Rent is estimated to be around 4400sek-6100sek per month and is subject to change each year.
Please do not try to pay the rent in cash since bank transfers are preferred.
Before arriving to your apartment you need to pay your rent. Also, rent is needed before the 1st of the month.
If you would like to terminate your contract with Eidar please look at your contract if there is a 1-month or 3-month termination period. Once you have decided to terminate your contract please email both student@eidar.se and international@hv.se.
