AI for all
AI for all is a organization development project at University West whose aim is to strengthen skills and working methods across the entire organization. By integrating AI into education, research, and operational support, we meet the future’s demands for relevance and quality.
About the project
Running from spring 2025 through autumn 2026, the project aims to set a clear direction, boost competence in generative AI, and jointly plan and develop programmes to remain relevant. Among other things, it will produce an AI policy complete with guidelines. Every university employee will receive professional development via self-study courses and workshops totalling roughly four afternoons. During spring 2026, the teams will begin planning their organisational development.
The project has assigned 3-5 people in each department/unit to drive organisational development, lead workshops and seminars, and participate in a university-wide network.
The project has also hired an AI developer who, based on requests from the organisation, designs and carries out pilot projects to test AI solutions on a smaller scale.
