About the project

Running from spring 2025 through autumn 2026, the project aims to set a clear direction, boost competence in generative AI, and jointly plan and develop programmes to remain relevant. Among other things, it will produce an AI policy complete with guidelines. Every university employee will receive professional development via self-study courses and workshops totalling roughly three afternoons. During spring 2026, the teams will begin planning their organisational development.

The project will assign 3-5 people in each department/unit to drive organisational development, lead workshops and seminars, and participate in a university-wide network.
