University West's quality culture is anchored in strategies, effective internal decision-making processes and structures that support the quality work. Our quality culture is effective in the sense that it is based on dialogue and openness that engages all the university's employees, students and collaboration partners. Our quality work must be systematic and lead to high quality for the university as a whole and in all its parts. Systematic quality assurance work requires both good documentation and follow-up.
