Akademus Day will be held entierly in Swedish.

Those of you who will participate on site will be offered mingling refreshments and a light lunch. Last day to register, August 22.

It is possible to participate online all day, except for the workshops in the afternoon.

9.15 – 10.00, Sonja Bjelobaba - Ethical use of AI in higher education Room F131.

Sonja Bjelobaba is a senior lecturer in research ethics at Uppsala University and project manager for the project Research Ethics Courses at the Centre for Research Ethics and Bioethics. She is also the Vice-President of the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI). The primary focus of her current research encompasses academic integrity, research ethics, and the transformative power of AI in education and research.

14.00-14.45, Thomas Hillman - A single interface for everything: Knowledge through generative AI Room F131.

Thomas Hillman is Professor of Applied IT with a specialization in Educational Sciences. His interests are mainly related to the relationship between digitalization and knowledge. Thomas' research aims to understand changes in how we learn as technologies transform the way we produce, access and work with knowledge.
