A presenter in an e-meeting or webinar can give slide control to other participants, so that others can control the progression of slides for the presenter, this is very good if there are several presenters who present different parts in the same slide show.
As a presenter, you sometimes want to be able to use the Side-by-side mode, which does not work when you are a presenter, then the use of Slide Control function is a clever solution. If you have a colleague in the same meeting (or if you ask the meeting host), you can email the presentation to the colleague/host and let him or her share the presentation instead. Then the colleague give you Slide Control and you can control it as usual, but can now present your presentation in the Side-by-side mode.
How to assign Slide Control
Once you have assigned slide control to a participant, they will retain the rights for as long as you continue to share.
How to use Slide Control
Once you have been given slide control, you have a slide control panel in the lower left corner of the presentation view. You change the slides by clicking the arrows.
