You can now use our new ALC room and conduct improved hybrid teaching in several of our tiered lecture halls.
New ALC Ready for Teaching
We are pleased to announce that our new ALC (active learning classroom) is now ready to welcome our students and teachers. This learning environment is specifically designed to promote active and collaborative learning, focusing on student engagement and interaction.
The room's furniture and technical solutions are based on the same technology as in our previous ALC classrooms (H104 and E203), but we have taken into account the wishes of teachers and students, including:
- A larger room accommodating up to 60 students
- Ability to share images via cable to the interactive screens
- Voice amplification for teachers
- Accessibility-adapted student seating
- A central teaching podium where all controls are managed

Improved Hybrid Teaching Capabilities in Lecture Halls F123, F127, and F131
Our large lecture halls in the F block are now equipped with technology to better support hybrid teaching.
