Easier to switch to New quizzes in Canvas

It is now easier to switch to New quizzes, the new quiz tool in Canvas.
You can now easily migrate all quizzes and question banks to New Quizzes when copying course materials to a new course. Before, only question banks linked to a quiz were migrated.
When importing course content, choose Convert content to New quizzes and then select the quizzes and question banks to copy and migrate.
After the migration, make sure to check that all questions and settings are correct. Use the checklist after migration.
Why switch to New quizzes?
New quizzes have several benefits over Classic quizzes:
- Four new question types
- Easier to use for both teachers and students
- More options for formatting text and adding images
- Improved management of question banks
- Option to set a time between attempts
- Build on last attempt - students only redo the questions they got wrong
- Built-in calculator
