News in Canvas: Enhanced rubrics

On March 21, rubrics were updated in terms of both features and appearance, for example:
- Self-assessment, a new feature: The student uses the rubric to grade their own work after they submitted. The teacher can read the student's comments.
- Settings are made when the rubric is created, not when it is linked to an assignment.
- Information about where the rubric is used.
- Rubrics used for grading cannot be deleted.
- Rubrics can be copied, saved as drafts and archived.
