Disciplinary Board
According to the Higher Education Ordinance, matters concerning disciplinary measures against students must be handled by a disciplinary board. Such a board shall be present at each university.
The composition of the disciplinary board, the members' terms of office, the handling of cases, etc. are stated in The Higher Education Ordinance, chapter 10. The Vice-Chancellor is the chairman of the board.
