We have 85 lecturers and 15 PhD students that take part of an open-minded international, multicultural environment where it is easy to interact. The research and education is very much applied and influenced by the university motto of Work-integrated Learning (WiL) and based on regional development and entrepreneurship, mostly with a focus on IT, as well as regional issues, cultural diversity, social change and accountancy regulation. The Laboratory for Interaction Technology, where research on informatics is conducted, is also linked to the department.
