1st International snacks festival

Sweets from Brasil, churrus – which reminds the baker of a sunny Sunday in Spain, baklava and Persian cookies from Iran, Indian spicy potatoes fried in oil, Swedish “äggost” with jam. And even more treats from China, Sudan, Germany, Sri Lanka and Poland – what a fantastic mix of delicacies.
The international snacks festival at PTC, Production Technology Center in Trollhättan, offered homemade snacks for all tastes. All the snacks were prepared by students and staff according to the culture and traditions of their home countries. The aim was to increase knowledge about the other nations and make everyone closer to each other.
