Issues with VPN

We are currently experiencing issues with the VPN. If you try to connect, the client complains about login or configuration when you try to authenticate.

A temporary solution is to click on the hamburger menu next to 'HV-VPN' and select 'Edit the selected connection.' Then, check the box 'Use external browser as user-agent for SAML user authentication' and save the changes. This should allow you to connect.

We will update you once it's working as usual again.
