During this window, Sunet will be carrying out troubleshooting work on the Zoom infrastructure. You may temporarily experience the same type of disruptions that occurred a few weeks ago.
Possible symptoms during the window: interrupted or split meetings, audio or video issues, error code 103033 when connecting, and problems entering or leaving breakout rooms.
If the issues persist after 6:00 PM, Sunet will revert to a more stable configuration ahead of Saturday morning. We recommend rescheduling any business-critical meetings planned for Friday afternoon.
