About 50 scientists are included in the research environment LINA, Learning in and for the new working life. LINA's purpose is to initiate, conduct and disseminate research on learning and knowledge related to the work. It involves, for example skills in change.
The research is concerning areas like: What happens in the new world of work today? What are the demands on people skills? What is it we learn at work? Work is defined broadly and includes various forms of work, both paid and unpaid. Phenomena that are related to working life are also included, such as higher education and unemployment. Read more
