The VILÄR conference aims to stimulate co-operation and exchange of experience in research and the development of activities in the field of work-integrated learning and to create a plat form for the dissemination of good ideas in this area.
The VILÄR network focuses on work integrated learning (WIL). WIL is an umbrella term for a variety of educational models/designs that all built on the notion that the co-operation and integration between higher education institutions and work-life is fundamental.
Within WIL there are several educational challenges that are mutual for clinical rotations, co-op, practicum, mentorship programs and preceptorships etcetera . For instance, the role of supervisors, can we examine practical experiences and if so – how?
