Cooperative house against violence

The city of Trollhättan, the unit violence in close relationships (ViN), contacted the research group Barn och Unga with a request to follow the project Samverkanshus mot violence. The project provides the opportunity for research to follow a unique project from the start, a project that has great social relevance as well as meeting needs in the institution's operations. The study will be designed together with researchers and project managers for the collaborative building.

The study will begin in January 2025, however, researchers and project managers will already meet this year. During the autumn, project managers work with consensus and draft a support model for victims of violence that will be presented to the project's reference groups. The researchers will meet the steering group and the reference groups for Samverkanshuset and discuss how we can follow the project. After that, the full purpose of questions can be formulated and an application for ethics review will be sent to the ethics review authority.
