The goals are to continue the next steps of Adaptive Manufacturing solutions, applied to repairs. This includes automated support for process planning and simulations, as well as flexibility to rapidly introduce new types of parts, as well as managing the individual part geometries on a part-by-part basis, to increase repair rate and quality. The primary goals for the current project focus on automated inspection and removal of surface defects, but will explore flexibility for AM planning & simulations
