The project develops and disseminates models for Hospital at Home (HaH) care with a focus on national implementation. Through collaboration between four leading university hospitals, academia, industry, and patients, shared frameworks and standards for large-scale adoption are being created. By promoting knowledge dissemination, policy development, and strengthened collaboration within MedTech, the project aims to increase access to HaH, thereby improving patient experience, freeing up resources, and creating more equitable and accessible healthcare
