I am interested in the fields of sexual health and workplace learning, and more specifically in the SEXIT method and its implementation in school health services. SEXIT is a method for systematically identifying young people who may be at risk of sexual ill health or violence.
I have followed the development of SEXIT over the years and have been part of the team responsible for training staff at youth clinics and within school health services across Sweden. It has been exciting work.
My interest in research stems from a curiosity about what enables some organisations to implement SEXIT quickly, while others take longer to get started or don't start at all. This is also where the connection to workplace learning emerges, which I see as being at the very core of my research.
