Research interest

My research interest lies in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation management. Currently, I am working on how companies manage inertia in the innovation process, which is embedded in a context of different actors. Although network embeddedness creates uncertainties in the innovation process, the process demands creation of new entrepreneurial actors and greater embeddedness. My research interest lies in the way new entrepreneurial actors are created for the better management of the inertia in the innovation process.

External assignments

Currently I am involved in Vinnova funded Testbädd Marint avfall project with some of my colleagues. The aim of this project is to create a testbädd where entrepreneurs can develop their ideas into reality. I am also involved in the development of the Entrepreneurship academy for the University West.

Teaching/supervision

I teach marketing, industrial marketing, international marketing, and leadership in the division of Business Administration.
