All people are equal is an obvious and fundamental prerequisite for the business activities at University West.
Our goal is that employees, students and applicants to the university should enjoy and feel welcome regardless of sex, transgender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation and age. In short, equal terms for all.
The university's core values, together with the government values are a foundation for the entire activities at the university.
The work is based on (in addition to the above-mentioned values) the Anti-Discrimination Act (SFS 2008: 567) and the Work Legislation (AFS 1993: 17).
Here you can read more about how equal terms work is organised at the university. You also find routines about what to do if you have seen or experienced something that may be about discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or victmisation.
