If you have submitted an online application through www.universityadmissions.se your personal identification number can be found in your acceptance information (Notification of Selection Result). The number consists of your date of birth and 4 digits starting with a letter (i.e 001122-T000) unless you already have a Swedish personal identification number registered at University Admissions. 
Log in to your pages at www.universityadmissions.se where you can find and download your Notification of Selection Results.

if you applied as exchange student at University West web pages

If you are an exchange student nominated by one of our partner universities and have applied online at www.hv.se/exchange, you will receive your personal ID information by e-mail approximately two weeks prior to semester start.
