If you have a NAIS- confirmation and receive targeted pedagogical support today at University West, you need to contact the host organization in good time to find out what support you can receive from there.

If your application is granted by us, you will receive an ERASMUS+ scholarship for internship to cover parts of your expenses abroad. You don’t need to do anything else but to follow the step-by-step process in order to receive it.

You also apply for funding for internship abroad though CSN. Apply for funding for the whole year even if you period is one semester only – it takes longer time to process credits from abroad studies/placements.

All practical issues related to your internship and/or stay abroad needs to be handled by the host organization, so contact them to find out what you need to do.

As a student at University West, you are insured by Kammarkollegiet State insurance "Student OUT". When we have received information on the dates of your placement period abroad, we will issue an insurance certificate and send to you in good time before your departure.
