Co-production of learning seminars

A learning seminar/webinar entitled “Change and leadership in data-driven production – development of CoPilot” was arranged jointly by PTC Kunskap and Innovatum 13 December 2022.

Amanda Dalstam and Jon Eklöf from GKN Aerospace presented  the journey to develop, lead and introduce the CoPilot platform. This platform has innovative machine data measurement and visualization system to meet the daily needs and decisions of operators, technicians, and managers at the workplace.

This requires innovative leadership, trust in the staff and, not least, acceptance and visualization of auto-generated production data. Monika Hattinger researcher from the AHIL project who has studied the CoPilot project concluded that content data-driven production affects the entire organization and creates changes at all levels that need to be  further studied.
