STARS EU has launched a program of online seminars in which specialists from the various areas that are part of the alliance will present innovative projects and proposals based on science and knowledge with the potential to support regional development.

Entreprenuerial mindset development within STARS EU

This Talk addresses the under-researched topic of how individuals develop their entrepreneurial mindset (EMS). Existing theories highlight the differences between novice and expert entrepreneurs, but the mechanisms behind the development of these mindsets remain largely unknown. By examining Entrepreneurial Educational Programs (EEPs) and employed scaffolding techniques, we explore the effectiveness of teaching strategies in fostering entrepreneurial mindset, investigating teacher behaviour, student perceptions, and the impact on entrepreneurial mindset development, the study presented contributes to understanding how individuals cultivate the abilities and willingness to identify and navigate uncertainty and seize opportunities.
