Sandra Aghogho Ebojoh, doktorand i Arbetsintegrerat lärande, håller sitt mittseminarium med titeln "Leadership and Organizational Culture in Hybrid Workplaces: A Work-integrated Learning Perspective".

”The contemporary workplace is transforming and affecting various aspects of organizations. Leadership plays a crucial role in hybrid workplaces, as leaders must address new challenges, meet new demands, and pursue their own learning while fostering a work environment that encourages learning for others to effectively navigate these changes. This thesis aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of leadership and organizational culture within hybrid workplaces, from a work-integrated learning (WIL) perspective.”
