Registration opens on April 9. 

Information about fees, ticket inclusion and extras:

• Regular participant (Early bird 15 April-15 June) 4 600 SEK
• Regular participant (Standard 16 June-15 August) 5 400 SEK
• PhD student (Early bird 15 April-15 June) 2 700 SEK
• PhD student (Standard 16 June-15 August) 3 000 SEK

The prices above include:

• Full access to programme sessions
• Poster and mingle session with industrial/societal partners
• Conference opening reception
• Lunches and Swedish fika/coffee breaks
• Certificate of participation
• Online access to Conference proceedings, ranked in the Norwegian List.
• Conference bag

Gala Dinner Ticket:

If you wish to participate at the WIL26 Gala Dinner on the evening of September 22, an additional fee of 900 SEK is required. The fee includes an exclusive three course dinner, drinks and entertainment. 

Ticket to WIL26 Industry-Academia Mingle Event:

External collaboration partners are invited to participate in an exclusive WIL26 mingle event featuring representatives from industry and academia. The event takes place on September 21 between 15.30-19.00. 

The ticket costs 800 SEK per person and includes the event session, speaker's corner, poster presentations, canvas painting, mingle food and drinks. To rent an exhibition space (4x2 meters) for your company or organisation costs an additional 800 SEK. 

The mingle event is included in the fee for regular participants and PhD students. 

Conference fees and prices for the gala dinner and industry-academia migle event are all stated excluding Swedish VAT .

There are several different hotels to choose from in Trollhättan. Use the stated booking code for discounted prices. 

Please note that the last date to book for all hotels is August 21!

Hotel Bele

Hotel Bele offers single rooms at 1067 SEK/night (excl. VAT).

The price includes breakfast buffet and afternoon coffee.

Guests must quote booking code WIL26 only via email (info@hotellbele.se). 

Hotel Kung Oscar

Hotel Kung Oscar offers single rooms at 1295 SEK/night (excl. VAT). 

The price include breakfast buffet, afternoon coffee and evening buffet at the hotel.

Guests must quote booking code WIL26.

Hotel Scandic Swania

Hotel Scandic Swania offers single rooms at 1390 SEK/night.
