Anställd på Grants and Innovation Office.Dr Axel Steuwer has joint the GIO as an advisor on European Funding, primarily Horizon Europe, and to assist in Project Coordination. He has a PhD and MPhil in Materials Science from Cambridge University (2001) and has worked with materials characterization using large scale research infrastructure for over two decades. He has also worked in two such infrastructures, the MAX IV Laboratory and the European Spallation Source ERIC in Lund, Sweden, and was more recently Director of the EISCAT Scientific Association.
Dr Axel Steuwer har sedan några veckor anslutit till GIO som rådgivare för europeisk finansiering, främst Horizon Europe, och för att bistå med projektkoordinering. Han har en doktorsexamen och MPhil i materialvetenskap från Cambridge University (2001) och har arbetat med materialkarakterisering med hjälp av storskalig forskningsinfrastruktur i över två decennier. Han har också arbetat i två sådana infrastrukturer, MAX IV Laboratory och European Spallation Source ERIC i Lund, Sverige och har varit Direktör åv EISCAT Scientific Association.
