Forskningsområde/forskningsintresse

Ulrikas forskning handlar om hur man ser på kompetens inom arbetslivet och hur information om medarbetares kompetens kan dokumenteras och förmedlas via datasystem designade för detta. Forskningen handlar också om lärande i arbetslivet och IT-system som underlättar sådant lärande.

Undervisning/handledning

Undervisar i informatik på flera av högskolans utbildningar och är program- och programrådsordförande för informatikutbildningarna.
