Elkvalitet, 2,5 hp

The course is aimed at those who have knowledge of electric power systems and want to learn more about power quality, how different disturbances occur and what can be done to maintain good power quality. The course deals with calculation of voltage dips in weak grids, calculation of motor starts, calculation of different forms of over voltages, calculation of harmonics and different power quality index as well as calculation of different interruption indicators. The course also includes an orientation on government requirements and the application of standards. Kursen vänder sig till dig som har kunskap inom elkraftsystem och vill lära dig mer om elkvalitet, hur olika störningar uppkommer och vad som kan göras för att behålla en god elkvalitet. Kursen behandlar beräkning av spänningsfall i svaga nät, beräkning av motorstarter, beräkning av olika former av överspänningar, beräkning av övertoner och olika elkvalitetsindex samt beräkning av olika avbrottsindikatorer. Kursen innefattar även en orientering om myndighetskrav och tillämpning av standarder.

This course has been developed in collaboration with industry partners within the framework of one of our educational projects. The project aims to provide courses at advanced level to a mix of professionals and students to strengthen the Swedish industry's competitiveness.

We apply a validation of work experience, which means we can assess your competence based on both formal credentials and work experience. Even if you don't have formal qualifications, such as grades or diplomas, you may have the knowledge that meets the eligibility requirements for the course.
