  1. If this is the first time you set up email account on your iPhone, press the button / icon "Mail". If you have other email accounts, select "Settings"> "Mail, Contacts, Calendars "> "Add Account".
  2. Press "Microsoft Exchange"
  3. Click in the box "Email" and enter your full email address (example: firstname.lastname@student.hv.se).
  4. Click in the box "Username" and enter your login name for Office 365:
    -Student: username@student.hv.se
    -Staff: username@hv.se
  5. Click in the box "Password" and enter your password.
  6. Optional: tap in the Description box and type a brief description of the account.
  7. Click "Next" in the upper right corner of the screen.
  8. Click "Accept" if a box with the text "Unable to verify certificate" appears.
  9. Click in the box "Server" and enter: m.outlook.com
  10. Click "Next"
  11. Select the type of information you want to sync. By default, Mail, Calendar and Contacts are turned on. To turn off synchronization for a type of information, tap and slide the switch to OFF.
  12. Click "Save".

If it does not work, try with completing the field "Domain":
- Student: student.hv.se
- Staff: hv.se.
