Microsoft Teams is a web-based tool for meetings and collaborations. In Teams you can communicate via text, speech and video. You who have a University West account have the opportunity to use Teams. Teams is part of Office 365 and is therefore available both as an application for computer, cell phone and tablet, and as an online version in Office 365 on the web.
In Teams, you can, among other things, have digital meetings, chat and make phone calls with or without video. In Teams you can also create team sites where you can share files with others and send messages. You can connect to a Teams meeting via a web browser and then go to Office 365 on the web and select the Teams app, or you can use the Teams desktop app that is part of the installation of Office 365. Teams is also available as an app for cell phones and tablets.
