Change password
Your user-id and password are valuable and you should make sure to handle them carefully. If you suspect that your password might have fallen into the wrong hands you should change it immediately. Remember that you are personally responsible for what happens when the university's systems are accessed from your user-id. Avoid using your university password for other purposes.
To change your password and/or pin code go to the system My Account
- To change your password click Self-service and then Unable to login
- To change the PIN code go to My Info and under Menu you will find PIN-code
Please note! It can take up to 30 minutes before your password has been changed on all systems.
