You can print four different types of transcripts and certificates. You choose whether you want a certificate in Swedish or English.
Certificate of Registration = Shows which courses you are registered on including dates
Result certificate = Shows approved results at University West
Certificate of anticipated participation = Shows courses that you are admitted to
National official transcript of records = Shows approved results from all Swedish universities
All certificates are verifiable by a control code. This means that the certificate does not need to be signed by university staff. Anyone to whom you may send the certificate can make sure that the certificate is correct by going to the web page indicated at the bottom of the certificate and then enter the civil registration number and the control code. The certificate is verifiable for 90 days.
In the menu on the right select Transcripts and certificates:
Click Create and then select which type of certificate you want:
You can make restrictions on what information should be included in the certificate that you want to create. You can also choose to include some extra information depending on which certificate you have chosen. Once you have made your restrictions and selected the information to be included, click Create (or Cancel if you don't want a certificate):
Your valid certificates are saved under the heading Created transcripts and certificates (valid for 90 days). Keep in mind that if a new result is reported on a course or if you register on a new course and so on, you must create new certificates to include this new information in a new certificate. Certificates that already have been created are not updated with new information:
