Modeling of Electric Machines, 5 credits

The course gives students in-depth knowledge in calculations of magnetic and electromagnetic circuits, and with the help of numerical calculation models, knowledge is gained about the specific conditions including ethical and sustainable aspects that apply to electric machines. Through independent work that is summed up in a submission task, the student also gains knowledge and experience in searching for own literature, critically reviewing references and planning and structuring the work.
