After confirmed registration, you will receive another e-mail with a specified invoice and payment information regarding the conference registration & accommodation package.
NOTE: The conference registration & accommodation package fee must be paid all together and will be included and specified on the invoice.
A separate invoice with payment information will be sent to accompanying persons.
Deadlines for Conference Registration and Accommodation Package
Accommodation at River Lodge (All Inclusive**) for Participants and PhD students:
Total price per/person for two nights sharing: 8 000 ZAR (Est €400)
Total price per/night for two nights, single accommodation: 12 000 ZAR (Est €600)
Accommodation at River Lodge (All Inclusive*) for accompanying persons:
Total price per/person for two nights sharing: 16 000 ZAR (Est €800)
*All-inclusive accommodation for accompanying person comprises: All meals, all drinks (except imported & premium brands), Coffee/Tea, Local Transfer to/from Hoedspruit (Eastgate) airport, Game Drives (morning & evening), Conservation Levy.
** All-inclusive conference package includes all the above, except only limited game drives as specified on the conference programme.
EXCLUDED: Telephone, laundry, gratuities, curio purchases, spa treatments, other optional activities
Pre- & Post Conference Offer
In connection with the conference, Kapama Game Reserve kindly offer discounted pre- & post (all inclusive) accommodation rates for delegates and accompanying persons who would like to extend their stay at Kapama River Lodge.
Please note that the rates for pre- and post stays differ from the conference rates, and additionally includes a daily conservation fee. These offers are limited to Deluxe and Spa suites only, subject to availability.

When you register for the conference, you accept the rules for cancellation.
Deadlines for Conference participants:
Before 7th December 2023. Full refund of registration fee, 75% of accommodation.
Before 1st February 2024. 50% refund of registration fee, no refund of accommodation cost.
Cancellations made after 1st February 2024 are not entitled to any refund of either registration fee and/or accommodation cost.
