Accommodation
International students degree and exchange students coming to study at University West are offered accommodation arranged, in cooperation with the university, by the municipal landlord Eidar Housing AB and the private landlord Hammar Nordic AB. Since the number of student rooms is limited, we cannot guarantee a place for everybody beforehand.
General Rules
The accommodation is for students registered for studies at University West.
Sharing a room intended for one person is not allowed.
Students MUST abide by their contract's termination period, it can be either 1 or 3 months. It is the student's responsibility to find out this!
The student accommodation is not available for families, couples (where the partner is not studying) or children.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments and in the buildings
Students accepted for full semester studies or full academic year studies who are unable to arrive before the start of the semester must still pay rent from start of the semester.
If a student does not respond or declines their offer, the student will automatically be moved to the waitlist.
