CIRCUMET - Circular metal components for Swedish manufacturing industry: competence development on the mast
The CIRCUMET initiative has the ambition to develop and implement tailored and concise need-motivated continuing education courses (80-90 credits in total) related to relevant topics for the metal component manufacturing sector, with the fight against climate change as a core concept.
The main aim is to provide the much-needed competence supply to the export-heavy Swedish component manufacturing industry, which leads to increased competitiveness and sustainability at the international forefront, both technically and commercially. Project owner is Jönköping University of Technology and participating partners are Chalmers University of Technology, University West and RISE (SWECAST and IVF). The developed courses will be available as stand-alone courses and/or will be integrated into existing or new master's programs at higher education institutions.
