I am a retail researcher driven by my interest in what long-term effects and consequences digitalisation has on the relationship between retailers, consumers, and society. The research interest includes the following main themes:
1) buying behaviour and attitudes
2) digitalisation
3) innovation/business development
4) loyalty.
The focus of the research is to contribute to the industry, make a difference and contribute to learning at all levels.
TEACHING/TUTORING
Undervisar på olika program och i kurser kopplat till marknadsföring, detaljhandel och konsumentbeteende. Handleder uppsatser på olika nivåer samt är handledare för ett antal doktorander vid andra lärosäten.
