My main research interests involve knowledge transfer, co-creation of knowledge, and collaboration within public sector organizations and projects, with a specific focus on their practical applications. Additionally, I am interested in exploring how Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) can contribute to societal development and social change.

I teach mainly on the International Programme for Politics and Economics (IPPE) in political science, project management and work-integrated learning.
