There is a great need to develop knowledge about leadership models and methods to support organization and management in digital transformation in general, but above all in the expansion of an AI-intensive organization. Implementation of AI technologies provides great opportunities - but also challenges - for organizations in terms of transforming organization, business models, management and skills. In order to better understand these challenges, a close and systematic collaboration between academia and industry is required.
