Breaking Fences - Fostering Norm Awerness through Norm Creativity in European Health Science education

A Community of practice of European HIE´s that work together with stakeholders from health care sector shall together support long term sustainability and development of addressing these questions in education and practice. The concrete activities implemented will be 1). Create A Norm Lab model for students, educators, and professionals to meet and reflect norm awareness issues in Health education and practices across Europe 2). Based on norm-Lab pedagogy creates Norm awareness and gender equality learning materials for student and educators in Health Education. 3) Develop a Trans-European Community of practice for healthcare educators and stakeholders’ health care sector to improved capacity and support innovative approaches on norm awareness and gender equality in health science education.
