About 75 researchers and 25 doctoral students are part of the research environment LINA. The purpose is to initiate, conduct and disseminate research on learning and knowledge that is related to studies and working life.
The research environment LINA focuses on research in the area of Work-Integrated Learning (AIL).
The knowledge interests of the LINA environment have a strong relationship with the University's overall organizational profile, AIL, and it is natural that the research environment includes researchers and staff from the entire university.
For many years, the LINA environment has focused on research on the conditions for learning and knowledge development in working life.
There are four related knowledge domains that specifically work on development and research:
At LINA, we want to research and develop knowledge together, which means that we are happy to sit down together and see how we can develop joint projects that lead to both research and organizational development. Contact information can be found at the bottom of the page.
