Forskningsområde/forskningsintresse

Jag är ekonomie doktor och universitetslektor i företagsekonomi med inriktning mot organisation och marknadsföring. I min forskning har jag främst studerat samverkan och medskapande, co-creation, vid turistattraktioner, event och destinationer inom ett upplevelse- och turismkontext. Jag har studerat olika aktörer men i min avhandling var fokus framförallt nordiska volontärer och deras motiv, beteende och roller som marknadsförare och medskapare av upplevelser. Mitt forskningsintresse finns inom marknadsföring och organisering relaterat till destinationsutveckling, samverkan, skapande av upplevelser, maritimt kulturarv och storytelling. Pågående studier berör regional utveckling, samverkan och innovation i nordiska kanaler och hamnmiljöer.

Undervisning/handledning

Min undervisning är främst inom organisation och ledarskap på ekonomprogrammet där jag som programansvarig är aktiv i flera olika kurser från grundnivå till fördjupningsnivå.

En stor del av min undervisning har inslag av arbetsintegrerat lärande i samverkan med olika slags organisationer i omgivande samhälle. Jag handleder och examinerar examensarbeten inom företagsekonomi samt är handledare inom forskarutbildningen i informatik med inriktning mot AIL.
